RETURN POLICY

      Returnable: Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged during the warranty period* are subject to the following criteria: 1) Defective item arrived damaged/broken or soiled. 2) The item received is not the correct size/color.
      Return Time: If time has passed since you accepted the package, unfortunately we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. If you want to return the product for reasons that are not as expected, you will be responsible for the return shipping.
      Return Conditions: For items without quality issues, please understand that we will not be responsible for returns. All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team prior to shipping to our return address. non-returnable items We do not accept returns in the following cases: 1.
